At Kliry, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely. The Peace of Mind Guarantee is an optional add-on to your order that provides protection against certain incidents during delivery.
1. Scope
This guarantee applies to orders placed on our website or partner marketplaces, intended for customers in the United States and Canada.
2. Guarantee Coverage
The Peace of Mind Guarantee costs $2.50 USD and covers the following events:
- Lost packages
- Theft during delivery
- Damage during shipping
Note: This guarantee does not cover delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
3. Subscription Conditions
- The guarantee is optional and must be added at checkout.
- Payment for the guarantee does not guarantee faster delivery but ensures priority handling for covered issues.
4. Claim Procedure
If an issue occurs with your order:
- Deadline: Contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (photos, tracking info, proof of delivery, etc.)
Response: Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a solution (full refund or free replacement).

6. Exclusions

- Delivery delays caused by carriers or weather conditions
7. Limitation of Liability
- Kliry’s liability is limited to replacement or refund of the order under this guarantee.
- Kliry is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses related to delivery incidents.
- This guarantee supplements carrier obligations and does not replace consumer rights under local laws (e.g., consumer protection laws in Canada or the USA).
8. Acceptance
By subscribing to the Peace of Mind Guarantee, the customer agrees to:
- The terms outlined in this policy
- The claims procedure defined by Kliry
- The exclusions and liability limitations mentioned above
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada according to the delivery location. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the customer’s country.
