Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your decision to return a product, without having to provide a reason.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return Procedure

To start a return, please contact us at support@kliry.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional)

Once your request is validated, you will receive the return address and detailed instructions.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Refunds cover the cost of the product only (shipping fees or optional "Peace of Mind Guarantee" protection are non-refundable).

5. Defective Products or Wrong Orders

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kliry.com.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or a replacement.

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
