- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.99
- Free Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): On orders $42.00+
🇨🇦 Canada
- Express Shipping (3–4 business days): $15.99
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $6.99
- Free Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): On orders $42.00 CAD+
⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Protection
For extra peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection (“Peace of Mind Guarantee”), which covers loss, theft, or damage.
- Cost: $2.50 USD (optional at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check your order status at any time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us at support@kliry.com.
Our support team will respond within 24 business hours.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Kliry™ cannot be held responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information.
8. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
